You may cancel your subscription at any time by visiting our Support page. Failure to provide accurate contact information or failure to properly request a cancellation may result in your account being charged for the entire subscription amount.
Recurring memberships will automatically renew unless notice is received prior to the renewal date.
If you are unable to cancel your membership yourself, please contact our support staff and they will gladly assist you to cancel your membership.
We will gladly refund you if:
· We do not provide the content as you may expect after watching our preview area;
· If you are billed for services you have not received;
· If access services is unavailable during the subscription period;
· You make the request for a refund within 2 days of your purchase.
If you met one of these conditions, you will get a full refund. This is the only case in which refunds are offered.
Please be aware that if you are asking for a refund after extensively using our site, downloading more than a few photos or videos,
or have been a member for over a few days, we cannot refund your money.
Our support staff can quickly resolve technical difficulties, and these will not qualify you for a refund.
We also will not refund money for simple reasons, such as the colour of our membership area or the set designs; the reason has to be more specific than a simple subjective opinion.
